Schools shall set aside a 3% Potential Funding Variance (PFV) for any budgeted positions in budget item #40239-Potential Funding Variance in anticipation of any salary or benefit changes during the year. See General Fund Program Manual for any additional information.  – Budget Guideline is applicable to the program Grey – Not allowed * – Budget item numbers listed throughout the handbook may change due to various reasons. Please check the current year’s Estimated Rate Sheets to verify the budget item number.
